Do you give out free advice?

We don't give out free legal advice but we do offer a lot of tips, tricks, and knowledge about the creator economy and small businesses on our Tiktok and Instagram, so drop us a follow.

Do I really need a lawyer?

If you are asking yourself that question the answer is probably yes.

Being a creator is like running a business, and there are tons of ways a lawyer (like us!) can help you, from corporate formation, to contract review, to reducing litigation risk, and protecting your intellectual property.

What are your rates?

For social media brand deals my rate is a flat 5% of gross revenue for contract review, negotiation, and advisement. Other general legal work is $550/hour. Corporate formations and trademark filings begin at $1000 plus filing fees. I also offer fractional general counsel work for a negotiable flat fee per month. Can I afford your firm?

We talk to every client to determine if we can help them with their case. Even if you don't have funds, reach out and have a conversation with us. I create custom plans that fit clients’ budgets all the time.

Do you provide fee caps?

Yes, we do. Just make sure to tell Julian at julian@forcreatorsbycreators.co and we will honor it.

When do I get charged/billed?

We send invoices at the beginning of each month for the prior month's legal work. Payments are made via Zelle to team@forcreatorsbycreators.co.

I just got a cease and desist letter and I'm scared. What do I do?

Contact us - we will help you get it sorted ASAP.

What if I just want a form document?

No problem. Once you sign with our firm you can purchase customized form documents at the flat rate of $400 each, or $750 for brand deal form agreements.

What do I do if I don't need your services anymore? Do I have to cancel?

Nothing. Once you hire us we will be here for you going forward for anything legal we can help with. No need to cancel or "fire" us - in fact, we think you should keep us around because you signed with us already!
